Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced delivery leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial program delivery, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.

The Commercial Delivery Leader will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and business expansion. This includes partnering with product teams to launch new products and services, developing go-to-market plans, and leading the execution of these plans across B2B and B2C channels.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a strong understanding of commercial strategy, innovation, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial program delivery, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong background in project and program management, with certification in PMBOK, Prince2, MSP, or SAFe
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy, innovation, financial management, and stakeholder engagement
