Job Title: Senior Human Resources Coordinator - Visas and Compliance

This role is pivotal in ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and safely. As a Senior HR Coordinator – Visas & Compliance, you will be responsible for work rights compliance and visa management across the organisation.

  • You will be the go-to expert for work rights compliance and visa management.">
  • You will oversee personal history checks to ensure we meet all regulatory and safety standards.">
  • You will lead and support a small team, providing guidance and delegating tasks effectively.">
  • You will manage large volumes of data, transforming it into actionable insights.">
  • You will create and deliver complex reports using Excel and Power BI to support strategic decision-making.">

Requirements:

  • You must have a solid understanding of the Australian visa system and work rights legislation.">
  • You must have proven experience in compliance checks and employee onboarding.">
  • You must have strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and delegate effectively.">
  • You must have advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI – you're confident with formulas, dashboards, and data storytelling.">
  • You must have a keen eye for detail and a love for working with high-volume data.">
  • Bonus points if you've worked in Community Services or Aged Care.">
