Drive Educational Innovation

As a visionary leader, you will set the strategic direction in Technology, STEM, and Digital Learning. You will oversee the design and implementation of forward-thinking Technology and STEM curriculum aligned with industry standards and institutional vision.

You will foster a culture of innovation, discovery, and digital citizenship across the College. Additionally, you will provide professional learning and coaching to teachers in the effective use of digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Technology and STEM curriculum that aligns with industry standards and institutional vision.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, discovery, and digital citizenship across the College.
  • Provide professional learning and coaching to teachers in the effective use of digital technologies.
  • Ensure technology initiatives align with institutional values.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan for future growth of the College's facilities and resources in Technology and STEM.
  • Develop partnerships with external organisations, industry, and the wider community to enrich student learning experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications with industry accreditation (Proficient or higher).
  • Proven experience in leading STEM, Technology, or Innovation programs at a school level.
  • A deep understanding of current and emerging educational technologies and their application to enhance student learning.
  • Strong curriculum knowledge and experience in designing innovative learning programs.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
  • High-level organisational skills, with the capacity to manage projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • A commitment to child safety and student wellbeing.
