This role is ideal for a seasoned professional seeking to elevate their Employee Relations skills. As a key member of our HR team, you will oversee the management of intricate high-risk cases, conduct private workplace inquiries, and provide expert advice on employment-related matters.
- Comprehensive case management
- Private workplace inquiries involving team member grievances and disciplinary actions
- Negotiations, bargaining processes, and delivery of Enterprise agreements
- Development of strategies for ongoing enhancement of people practices and risk mitigation
- Specialised advice on policies, procedures, employment risks, and other complex employment-related issues
About You:
- Significant experience in Employee Relations within a dynamic organisational setting
- Thorough understanding of workplace legislations, regulations, and Awards
- Experience in Enterprise Agreements and Bargaining
- Proficiency in handling highly confidential information and personal matters with professionalism
- Substantial experience in case management, conducting investigations, and a deep understanding of stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
