Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives through effective sales techniques and upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Completed diploma or certificate in beauty, such as esthetics or makeup artistry.
  • Proven experience working in a customer-centric environment, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
