">About the Role:
We're seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Airlie Beach. As a key point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions
- Demonstrate Smarter Banking options for customers, making banking simple, easy, and secure
- Identify suitable products and services for customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer-centric approach and passion for delivering quality experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- No prior banking experience required – full training provided
