About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team at VMCH, working with children aged 0-12 years within our Early Childhood Intervention Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality services to families and children, working as part of a transdisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive support plans;
  • Provide key worker support, including delivering evidence-informed intervention strategies, standardised assessments, and parent training;
  • Liaise and collaborate with the team to ensure effective consultation and relationship building in natural environments, schools, and kindergartens;
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia;
  • Experience in speech pathology assessment and service delivery, preferably in a paediatric setting;
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills;
  • A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Screening Clearance;
