Supply Chain Analyst

Taking ownership of inventory and demand planning is key to success in this retail role. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll lead the end-to-end process, refining forecasts by analyzing sales data, market trends, and new product launches.

Responsibilities:
  • Monthly demand planning cycles require you to analyze large datasets and manage extensive SKU portfolios accurately.
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels, proactively managing stock to reduce overstock and stockouts while considering supplier lead times and production variability.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, sales, ecommerce, and finance teams to align inventory management with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Leverage SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools to extract insights and track performance metrics.
  • Analyze commercial data and financial impacts to optimize inventory strategies and support business goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in inventory and demand planning, preferably within apparel, lingerie, or similar fashion sectors.
  • You should be able to interpret large datasets and possess exceptional analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in SAP, IBP, Excel, and HANA reporting tools is essential.
  • You must be self-motivated and confident working independently, providing clear leadership and guidance to your team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail are necessary for aligning inventory strategies with broader business objectives.
