Your Role:

As a Cloud Database Solutions Specialist, you will help Startups adopt AWS' technologies with a focus on Amazon's Database solutions. You will be a trusted business advisor within customer accounts through Technical Thought Leadership, collaborating with teams in the field including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.



Responsibilities:


  • Become a trusted business advisor within customer accounts through Technical Thought Leadership.
  • Interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as with developers and technical architects, to ease adoption, develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive top-line revenue, and explore strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and deploy programs that leverage AWS Field teams, as well as technology and consulting partner channels.
  • Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans.
  • Own the GTM strategy and execution for AWS Database in [Startup ANZ], collaborating with teams in the field including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience, and 5+ years of technology domain experience in database management systems such as relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehouse solutions and large-scale database workloads.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
