Job Title: Leasing and Property Acquisition Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of leased properties, identify new business leads, and prospect for new potential properties to add to our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize property occupancy and maximize rental income
  • Convert new business leads into leasing opportunities
  • Negotiate directly with property owners to acquire new properties
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and/or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and efficient with strong time management skills

About Us:
