Randstad has partnered with a leading financial institution to find a skilled Authorisation Officer for a casual, ongoing position offering full-time hours.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers, responsible for handling inquiries, processing applications, and performing administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound inquiries and emails related to applications and general information
  • Verifying application details and entering consumer agreement data
  • In due course, conducting application reviews, requesting additional documentation, assessing details, and making informed decisions in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Identifying opportunities to tailor considerations and outcomes for buyers and sellers
  • Making occasional outbound calls to follow up on decisions, outcomes, or inquiries
  • Scanning and filing documentation responsibly
  • Ensuring adherence to both the Privacy Laws of Australia and New Zealand, as well as the client's terms and conditions

About the ideal candidate:

  • You will be a driven and motivated individual, capable of working efficiently and effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Background in a call centre environment (Preferred but not required)
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy at all times
  • Exceptional communication skills

About the role:

  • Located in the Adelaide CBD, with easy access to public transportation
  • Full-time hours, 38 hours per week, with a rotating roster from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Open 7 days)
  • Competitive casual hourly rate
  • Casual assignment for a minimum of 6 months, with potential for extension
