We are seeking a high-impact professional to lead our sustainability efforts in Australasia. As Environmental Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective environmental management systems that meet regulatory requirements and enhance our reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive QHSE standards, programs, and metrics for all facilities in the region.
  • Provide on-site support and training to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of environmental performance across the region.
  • Analyze and report key performance indicators to stakeholders, including Area Management and Head of Sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local and regional regulations, as well as international best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and engage teams.
