Sustainability Reporting Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Reporting Advisor to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in our integrated facilities and property management contract.

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive environmental performance reports, including carbon footprint, energy, waste, and water metrics.
  • Support mandatory legislative reporting requirements, such as NGERS and NPI.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot environmental data systems, with a focus on Envizi.
  • Analyze environmental trends and communicate insights to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including property planning, lease management, procurement, and upgrade projects.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to thought leadership initiatives, shaping the future of sustainability reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in reporting practices, enhancing our environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years' experience in environmental reporting or data analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in Envizi highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
