Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of specific administration duties.

The successful applicant will have experience working within a Defence or related organization in a similar role, with strong team skills and an ability to liaise productively with staff and resolve problems.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development, reporting, and ongoing project management and control of specific administration duties.

  • Manage the flow of administration activities and present comprehensive reports/documentation.

  • Understand and manage required deliverables and forecast requirements within desirable timelines.

  • Work within a team environment with multiple stakeholders, providing required outcomes under limited supervision and mentoring other staff.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years' project support/coordination experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
