About the Opportunity

As Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations and lead artist development programs, exhibitions, and events at a creative hub that fosters collaboration and innovation. You will work closely with artists, stakeholders, and community members to create a welcoming environment that promotes artistic expression and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the centre's goals are achieved
  • Coordinate artist engagement, programming, and event planning
  • Provide guidance and support to retail staff to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Oversee the management of artist studios, exhibitions, sales, and merchandise development
  • Facilitate relationships with community partners, galleries, and institutions to promote the centre's mission
  • Cultivate partnerships and secure funding through grants and sponsorships
