Role Overview:
This is a permanent full-time position that commences in Term 1, 2026. Geraldton Senior High School aims to create an inclusive and culturally responsive environment where every student can succeed and feel proud of their culture.
The school will build inspiring learning spaces and green areas that support wellbeing, creativity, and respect for the environment. Students will explore ideas and find their individual path to success through hands-on learning and new technology.
The role requires a dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative individual who is committed to effectively leading The Arts team. As Program Coordinator - The Arts, you will become part of the Leadership Team and work collaboratively with Arts staff, students, and the wider school community to develop and promote the school's vision and strategic directions.

- Demonstrate high levels of interpersonal and public relations skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Apply professional knowledge to ensure high educational outcomes for all students.
