Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective teamwork among staff members to provide seamless service and meet customer needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of grooming and attire among staff.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness to optimize inventory management.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and customer well-being to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Assist with employee recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, and motivation to foster a productive and supportive work environment.
  • Promote a positive working relationship among colleagues and support the team to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is essential.
  • The ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
