Lead Restaurant Manager

This position oversees the daily operations of a restaurant floor, ensuring effective delegation of tasks, exceptional customer service, and accountability at the end of each shift.

A valid RCG certification or willingness to obtain one before starting is mandatory. Prior experience is preferred but not essential.

The ideal candidate will provide cooking support to chefs, possess good presentation skills, and be open to training.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
