Job Title: Home Care Worker QLD Bundaberg

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Bundaberg, QLD. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Manage medication and assist with mobility and therapy goals to promote independence and quality of life.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia and other conditions.

Requirements:
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
