- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Manage medication and assist with mobility and therapy goals to promote independence and quality of life.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia and other conditions.
- We are committed to improving the quality of life and wellbeing for our customers through tailored in-home care services.
- We offer guaranteed hours close to home as a permanent part-time employee.
- Your well-being is our priority - we provide extensive paid training and a culture of continuous learning to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
- We offer accelerated learning programs to gain your professional qualifications (Cert 3) and paid CPR and First Aid courses.

- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role.
- Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
- Availability to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
