Position Overview
As part of our dedicated team, Activ's behavior support and allied health professionals deliver innovative, person-centered, and value-driven services to our clients. Our work model combines remote and community-based engagements across Western Australia.
In the role of Behavior Support Practitioner, you will benefit from continuous peer supervision and support from a skilled team, including three Advanced Level Behavior Support Practitioners.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Registration as a Behavior Support Practitioner with NDIS (Proficient level)
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Experience in leading group sessions, training, coaching, or mentoring, with a proven history of delivering strength-based and person-centered services
- A positive, modern outlook, and a dedication to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities
