Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior staff in investigating contaminated sites, groundwater, asbestos, site remediation, acid sulfide soils, and waste classification
  • Conduct environmental and geo-environmental assessments at various sites from residential, industrial, and rural areas
  • Perform field investigation works including soil, groundwater, surface water, and over-water sediment sampling in connection with site assessments
  • Organise and manage subcontractors for field investigation works
  • Adhere to relevant Work Health and Safety requirements
  • Analyse projects using QGIS and other specialised software to determine solutions
  • Prepare proposals and write reports for site investigation and inspections

About You

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science is required

  • Possession of a valid Australian driver's licence
  • You enjoy working onsite and in the office
  • An interest in continued learning and building your career in geotechnical/environmental/groundwater and earthworks in the civil field
