Key Responsibilities:

  • You will attract, develop, and coach a talented group of trainers.
  • You'll help us build best practices for deploying and delivering your trainers to our clients.
  • You should enjoy continually updating your knowledge in innovative technologies related to cloud computing.
  • As part of this visionary group, you will contribute to shaping the future of the Azure training program.
  • Your team will be recognized for their ability to teach complex concepts, turning the abstract into concrete reality, and engaging with some of the world's most innovative companies as we develop skill plans.
  • You'll assist your team in maintaining technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
  • Through all the above, you will serve as an Azure Platform advocate with clients, partners, and external communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • To excel in this role, you will have 5+ years of experience in managing teams and developing great leaders. This will help you shape our program effectively.
  • Additionally, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in training, education, IT, cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies. Equivalent experience is also welcome.
  • You should have experience conducting or managing classroom training for technology products and services.
  • You will enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and be willing to travel occasionally (0-25%).
  • An excellent communicator is essential for this role.
  • If you have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hold a Microsoft Certified Trainer qualification, that's a plus. If not, we'll support you in obtaining one.
