Sleep Investigation Specialist

As a Senior Hospital Scientist, you will work with hospital scientists, nursing staff, and technicians to conduct comprehensive sleep investigations for patients with sleep disorders.
This role is responsible for ensuring quality control of technical equipment, analysis methods, and sleep study procedures. You will also provide teaching on sleep and respiratory physiology and measurement.
- Holds a science or applied science degree from an approved university requiring three years of full-time study or an equivalent qualification.
- Registered or registry eligible for the Board of Polysomnographic Technologist qualification (RPSGT) or Accredited Clinical Physiologist (sleep).
- Familiar with advanced troubleshooting and technical ability in polysomnography.
- Conduct comprehensive sleep investigations for patients with sleep disorders.
- Ensure quality control of technical equipment, analysis methods, and sleep study procedures.
