Inclusive Employment Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inclusive Employment Senior Advisor to join our Social Impact team on the Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) East project.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deliver, and manage the Cadet Program to support the development of new entrants into the construction industry.
- Develop and implement pre-employment programs to enhance the skills and employability of priority jobseekers.
- Provide post-placement support to individuals and their direct managers/supervisors to ensure successful integration into the project team.
- Deliver training and development programs to employees and managers/supervisors on a range of topics, including inclusive employment practices and social impact.
- Collaborate with project functions, including construction, procurement, environment, and social teams, to deliver social impact outcomes.
- Proven experience in delivering online and face-to-face training for entry-level employees to senior managers.
- Experience working with priority jobseekers and delivering inclusive employment programs.
- Extensive knowledge of social impact policies and initiatives in Victoria.
- Experience working in the community and/or not-for-profit sector.
