We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer service/admin professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their needs are met
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and confirm them with clients
  • Offer administrative support to clinicians, including data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule
  • Manage the clinic phone line and email inbox effectively
  • Process client billing and payments accurately
  • Stay up-to-date with software applications and tools used in the role

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in face-to-face customer service or administration roles
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client service
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving excellent outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills, with ability to learn new software quickly
  • An interest in hearing aid features and basic maintenance/repair
