Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely delivery of catering services, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver catering services to clients in the greater Sydney region, ensuring prompt and courteous service
  • Load food and equipment onto vehicles, transport it to function venues, and deliver catering to clients
  • Liaise with clients to provide information about their orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Finding exact addresses, buildings, and locating clients to deliver ordered items

Requirements:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Current and unrestricted drivers license with good driving history
  • Ability to drive a manual vehicle
