We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our retail teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of communication and presentation, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and satisfying.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services, making informed recommendations to customers.
- Foster a collaborative team spirit, supporting colleagues in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, adapting to changing business needs.
