We are Joolca, a Melbourne-based outdoor eCommerce brand with a significant international market presence.

Our goal is to provide customers with the ability to enjoy indoor comforts outdoors, no matter where they are in the world.

We have seen tremendous growth over the past few years, expanding from an Australian-only brand to now selling our top-rated gear in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, and the UK.

Our customers are enthusiastic about our brand, forming a Joolca community online.

We are looking for a highly skilled Demand and Supply Planner to join our growing team.

Main Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive and own the monthly S&OP process for a globally trusted brand.

  • Manage the monthly S&OP process and reporting/meetings
  • Drive and improve the monthly demand/forecasting cycle

Additionally, you will be responsible for placing purchase orders and coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments.

This will require frequent communication with international suppliers, third-party warehouses, freight forwarders, and other external stakeholders to keep everyone updated on timelines and promptly resolve any logistical issues.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in S&OP, with a proven track record in demand/supply planning and understanding of forecasting methodologies and S&OP processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced Excel
  • Strong presentation skills - ability to engage, present, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP software would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Netstock or similar demand forecasting software would be an advantage
  • Full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
What We Offer

As a Demand and Supply Planner at Joolca, you will have the opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Aussie brand that's making waves around the world.

Our office is located in a converted warehouse in Coburg, Melbourne, and you will have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
