Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and keen to learn.
This is a full-time permanent role working 38 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Making and receiving phone calls
- Scheduling of clients using practice management software (Cliniko)
- Greeting clients and their families
- Taking payments/invoicing
- Following up on invoices with NDIS Plan Managers and Agencies
- Data entry
- Running errands
- Sorting and sending mail
- Filing
- Supporting therapists with admin tasks
- Maintaining client files
- Liaising with external organisations
- Printing and scanning
- General office duties
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience working as a receptionist or similar administration role
- Familiarity with the NDIS preferred but not essential
- Proficient computer use and capable of navigating a variety of software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle client requests and complaints as required
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
