Key Responsibilities

The role of Showroom Manager is multifaceted and involves managing day-to-day operations including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training, and other duties as required. You will also be responsible for maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling.

Our customers expect exceptional product knowledge and solutions to their home furnishing needs. As a showroom manager, you will be expected to provide this expertise and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need outstanding customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate your team. A flexible and collaborative approach to work is essential, along with exceptional sales skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
