We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Geriatric Care Specialist to join our team at a leading aged care facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical care to residents.
About this OpportunityThis position offers a unique chance to work with a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive care to elderly residents. You will be responsible for supervising and guiding your staff to ensure exceptional care standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
- AHPRA registration (Division 1)
- Prior experience in gerontological nursing or aged care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
