The OpportunityWe seek an exceptional leader to co-direct our Division of Maternity and Women's Health, driving innovative solutions that enhance patient care and outcomes.
The Role- Develop and implement high-quality maternity and women's health services, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction
- Lead workforce development, focusing on recruitment, retention, education, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with quality and accreditation frameworks, driving continuous improvement
- Promote integration of new facilities and services during major redevelopment initiatives
- Cultivate research and innovation in models of care, advancing the field of maternity and women's health

The Candidate- Proven track record of clinical and operational leadership in maternity and/or women's health
- Strong skills in change management, service redesign, and innovation, with a focus on equity of access and culturally safe care
- Dedication to safety, quality, risk management, and evidence-based practice, with the ability to engage and motivate multidisciplinary teams
- High-level communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with patients, families, clinicians, and government stakeholders
