About the Host Employer

Our Host Employer is a local family-owned and operated multi-brand award-winning dealership located in Tuggerah. They have over 30 years of experience in the motor industry and currently sell, service, and repair new and used cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Phone and email management
  • Scheduling and management of bookings
  • Exceptional customer service with high attention to detail
  • General administration duties such as filing
  • Submitting and closing warranty claims
  • Liaising with the workshop
  • Processing payments

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 12 months.
