About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic School-based Trainee to join our team at Reece Group, specializing in Irrigation. As a School-based Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting while completing your Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Reece Group values and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
  • Process sales and manage stock
  • Answer phone calls and take messages and orders
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Develop product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-standard branch environment
