Insurance Career Opportunities

A dynamic and collaborative work environment is available for a Sales Associate who can help existing Small Business clients with their insurance needs. Hybrid working is available; open to applicants across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Small Business Insurance clients, achieving personal and team revenue targets within identified markets, and working to clear KPI's and targets across Acquisition and Retention. They will research the market to understand client needs, industry risk, and business environment. The ideal candidate will negotiate new and renewal terms with underwriters, partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations, multi-task, and navigate a range of technologies. They will also collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues across the team and business, work within company policy, compliance, laws, and regulations, participate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge, and support all aspects of the workload of high-volume quotations, inbound/outbound calls, emails, and Salesforce leads.

Requirements
  • Experience across insurance broking and sales environments achieving targets and KPIs
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to tackle problems creatively and show initiative
  • Willingness to learn and quickly grasp systems and technologies
  • Sales mindset and ability to connect with clients
