Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the IT Business Partner function, building strong partnerships between IT and business units.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align IT initiatives with the bank's strategic goals and digital transformation roadmap.
- Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and deliver innovative solutions to improve products and customer experience.
- Ensure effective communication between IT and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technology strategies.
- Manage IT project portfolios, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet desired business outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies and digital trends to help the bank remain competitive and future-ready.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IT initiatives and report progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting up and leading an IT Business Partner function in a financial services or banking environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering documented outcomes such as operational efficiency, cost savings, and improved customer experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation, business-IT alignment, and innovation enablement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
