Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that all goods and services are sourced efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Administration: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to achieve best value for the business.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and managed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing costs.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to procurement and supply chain operations, providing solutions to improve processes and reduce downtime.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Proven track record of cost savings and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in healthcare industry
  • Working knowledge of SAP system
