Procurement Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our organization in a key strategic leadership position. As a seasoned leader, you will drive category strategies across various portfolios, managing supplier performance, reducing costs, and driving innovation through the supply base.

This role focuses on planning, risk mitigation, and commercial outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and be central to product development and supply continuity.

  • Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies to ensure competitive costs and reliable supply;
  • Lead supplier negotiations and contract management, with a focus on risk reduction and long-term partnerships;
  • Actively manage supplier performance to meet business KPIs;
  • Deliver commercial outcomes through cost savings, process efficiency, and supply chain resilience.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified (Business, Engineering, Science, or related);
  • 3–5 years in procurement, ideally with exposure to chemicals or manufacturing;
  • Strong experience sourcing packaging or direct materials;
  • Commercially sharp with proven contract negotiation skills;
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence outcomes across a business;
  • SAP ERP exposure a bonus.
