Electrical Instrument Trades Professional

With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Instrument Trades Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic disciplines, with extensive experience in installing and maintaining complex electronic control systems/equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Examining and testing machinery and equipment to diagnose faults
  • Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn and defective parts and wiring, and maintaining equipment and machinery
  • Reassembling, test operating and adjusting equipment
  • Advising users of the correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions
  • Establishing operating standards for electronic equipment.
  • Installing electronic instruments and control systems

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with or without constant supervision
  • Someone who can prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines (preferred)
  • Must be a self-motivated individual, willing to take initiative and get things done.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
Schedule: Day shift
