Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for covering the front desk, assisting guests with accommodation check-ins and check-outs, taking bookings for golf, functions, and restaurant, and handling phone enquiries. They will also be required to perform general administrative tasks, such as ordering merchandise and snacks, following up on enquiries, and completing end-of-day cash register procedures.
