Front Office Dental Support Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our dental team in the role of Front Office Dental Support Team Member.
This role is ideal for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, is able to multitask and prioritise their workload effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This includes but is not limited to:
- Managing patient bookings and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating with dentists and hygienists to ensure seamless communication throughout the day.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information as necessary.
A high level of organisational skill is required, along with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement within the office.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer software and technology systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
