**Job Summary:** We are seeking an IT Enablement Team Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts, ensuring seamless end-user computing experiences across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of end-user computing services, including desktop, laptop, mobile, printing, software, and hardware support.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and Automation, to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Implement strategies, roadmaps, standards, and best practices for end-user computing and enablement services.
  • Develop and drive expert IT adoption and enablement strategies to foster technology adoption across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, availability, scalability, and quality.

**Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent significant skills, knowledge, and experience in a computing-related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Significant experience in managing large End User Computing environments, including Windows, Mac OS, MECM, JAMF, Mobile Device Management technologies, and Office 365.
  • Outstanding experience in managing IT solution adoption lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communication planning, training delivery, and post-implementation support.

**About You:

  • You possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues timely and effectively.
  • You have highly developed collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work constructively with diverse teams, partners, and customers.

**Salary Range:** AU$120,000 - AU$160,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
