EHS Leader for Sustainable Industrial Operations

Drive excellence in environmental, health and safety within a major industrial manufacturing environment. As the Excellence Manager for Environment, Health and Safety, oversee strategic and operational aspects of EHS management to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
About The RoleMaintain key environmental licences, drive continuous improvement across all EHS functions, build a culture of safety and environmental stewardship, and provide expert guidance to senior leaders. Align site practices with broader organisational strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver EHS strategies that achieve an incident-free workplace and zero environmental non-compliances.
- Provide expert EHS guidance to senior management and influence policy and practice changes.
- Lead, mentor, and empower the EHS team to support operational and business goals.
- Oversee statutory compliance, environmental reporting, and delivery of sustainable services.
We seek an experienced EHS leader with a strong background in high-risk heavy industrial or manufacturing environments. Your experience should include implementing EHS initiatives that deliver measurable impact, collaborative leadership style, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as knowledge of environmental laws and regulations. Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies is also desirable.
