Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facility Manager to oversee facility management activities and participate in hands-on, day-to-day building operations.

About the Role
  • Oversight of complex facility asset systems supporting telecommunications network equipment at critical facilities.
  • Maintenance of engineering systems including standby generators, electrical distribution systems, HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, and other ancillary services.
  • Risk assessment of work plans to ensure site integrity.
  • Initial assessment of site issues and secondary response management and prioritisation.
  • Audit and inspection of facility assets.
  • Assessment and oversight of site-related change management activity.
