Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Facilities Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of Regional Accommodation Plans addressing key accommodation and business priorities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor trends and conduct critical analysis of accommodation/facilities issues to meet existing and emergent accommodation requirements.
  • Contribute to identifying and reviewing operational processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness in delivering accommodation related activities and services. Analyze current and emerging issues relating to Accommodation / Facilities Services and recommend effective solutions.
  • Provide high-level strategic accommodation advice to senior executives and other stakeholders as required.
  • Effectively manage people and accommodation/facilities projects to meet deadlines through goal setting, resource allocation, risk management, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop high-quality written materials including project and communication plans, briefing notes, policies, and trend/analysis reports.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. They will have a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate information and make informed decisions.
