Our goal is to make every building or shopping centre a great place to work, shop, or visit. As a Facilities Operations Expert, you'll have the opportunity to innovate with leading businesses, put your expertise into action on landmark projects, and work on game-changing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management: Implement risk management platforms to achieve client expectations and ensure staff and contractors receive site-specific training.

Sustainability: Complete all sustainability requirements, raise approval for ESD projects, and deliver annual consumption reduction targets.

Workplace Health and Safety: Ensure that all operations comply with legislation at all times.

Maintenance: Confirm that buildings' plant and equipment are correctly serviced and functioning optimally.

Budgets: Contribute to business planning processes.

You'll have a proven track record in Facilities/Operations Management in a commercial or retail environment, with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent client service.
