Job Opportunity

This is a part-time role involving front-of-house operations and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with case managers, after-hours teams, and tenancy management to support 65 formerly homeless tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with tenants in an informal manner, monitoring their wellbeing and communicating issues to support staff
  • Facilitate referrals to external services as required and provide welfare support to staff and tenants
  • Assist with accessing communal spaces, providing phone concierge services, and reporting building maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate records in Front of House systems and monitor entry/exit access
Requirements
  • Qualifications or progress towards qualifications in Social Work, Youth Work, Community Services, or related discipline (desired)
  • Ability to build positive relationships with diverse backgrounds and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with complex needs and proficiency in client management systems
  • Commitment to the values and mission of ending homelessness
