Lead Quality Initiatives

As a key figure in our Systems team, you will be instrumental in driving quality excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve engaging stakeholders to embed a strong quality culture and leading key initiatives across site operations.

  • Support and improve Food Safety & Quality Systems by conducting audits and implementing GFSI certification.
  • Manage the Hold & Release program to ensure product compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyse quality data to drive improvements, reduce complaints, and minimise process deviations.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and auditing processes. You should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as being detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related field, along with HACCP training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with SAP and database knowledge desirable.
