Job Opportunity

As a Staff Engineer, you will form part of the team building native video rendering technology. Your work will have a significant impact on users worldwide, delivering high-quality and seamless video experiences.

This role focuses on architecting and implementing major subsystems within the core native video engine, leading complex rendering pipeline development, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with product teams to translate user needs into technical specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing major subsystems within the core native video engine
  • Leading complex rendering pipeline development, optimizing for performance, memory efficiency, and cross-platform compatibility
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, sharing expertise in graphics programming, performance optimization, and system design
  • Collaborating with product teams to translate user needs into technical specifications

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in graphics (Vulkan, OpenGL, DirectX) with hands-on experience building high-performance rendering systems, proven experience in shader development, performance optimization, and multi-threaded graphics programming, strong background in memory management, real-time rendering, and rendering pipeline architecture, and solid programming skills using system languages (C++, Rust).
